Intro
The western Utopia Planitia in the Northern mid-latitudes of Mars is marked by a peculiar type of depression with scalloped edges and by a network of polygonal fractures. Distinctive landscapes in this impact basin include craters, dust devil tracks, volcanic domes and bumpy and pitted ground.
The Curiosity Rover is currently exploring near Gale Crater and is not far from the southeastern edge of Utopia Planitia. So, if you choose Utopia Planitia as your travel destination, we'll take you to observe the Curiosity Rover and even take photos with it!
